Knowing that each member has unique aims, she is committed to helping law firm owners create the conditions to WIN. Boasting over 15 years of coaching experience, including nearly a decade dedicated to private practice owners, her wealth of expertise is firmly in your corner.

Derek is a bit of a swiss army knife, pitching in wherever he can be helpful. He's Melissa's husband, and also an entrepreneur building stuff after a very long time in tech startups. He handles lots of the tech stuff around Velocity Work and is a bit obsessed with automations and AI, so if something you're doing feels repetitive or low-level grunt work, let him know so we can see if we can automate it.
